There are several local Regattas through the sailing season. Racing amongst the other local smacks is a fantastic experience to be involved in. Before the race the Skipper and crew will brief the group on board and have some time out on the water practicing manoeuvres to familiarise everyone before the race.
During the race, everyone on board will be involved with racing the boat and trimming the sails, it is normally a very exciting time and unforgettable experience.
There is a chance after the race to have some lunch and later, meet with the other crews for prize giving.
